Agreement to terms
By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Verdant Detail Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Verdant Detail Co., including auto detailing, mobile on-site detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services.
Services
Verdant Detail Co. provides the following services:

Auto Detailing — Interior and exterior cleaning, conditioning, and finishing services.

Mobile On-Site Detailing — Services performed at a location specified by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and reasonably level area for our technicians to work.

Paint Correction — Multi-stage machine polishing to reduce or remove surface defects. Results may vary depending on paint type, condition, and depth of defects.

Ceramic Coating — Application of a protective coating to vehicle surfaces. The Customer must follow all post-care instructions provided at the time of service. Failure to do so may affect coating performance and voids any associated warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if a vehicle's condition makes it unsafe or impractical to proceed as originally quoted.
Booking & payment
Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone/text. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only upon our acknowledgment.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payment at the time of service may result in additional fees or legal action.
Cancellation & no-show policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to be present at the time of a scheduled mobile appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any applicable deposit.

We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees are applied at our discretion and we will always make a reasonable effort to reschedule.
Pre-service inspection & photo documentation
Prior to beginning any service, a Verdant Detail Co. technician will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle and may take photographs or video to document its pre-existing condition. These records are maintained for our protection and yours.

By allowing services to begin, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this inspection process.
Pre-existing damage
Verdant Detail Co. is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present on the vehicle prior to service. This includes but is not limited to: scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, clear coat failure, rust, fading, stains, odors, mechanical issues, or any other damage that existed before our technician began work.

Pre-service photographs serve as the primary record of the vehicle's condition at the time of our arrival.

Limitation of liability
In the event that Verdant Detail Co. is found liable for damage directly caused by our services, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in which the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Customer responsibilities & exclusions
The Customer is responsible for removing all personal items, valuables, and loose belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Verdant Detail Co. is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during or after service, including but not limited to: electronics, currency, documents, clothing, or any other personal property.

Additionally, we are not responsible for damage to or resulting from: aftermarket accessories or modifications, non-factory parts, fragile or improperly installed trim, convertible or fabric tops in poor condition, or any component that was already compromised prior to service.
Satisfaction & quality
We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Any concerns regarding the quality of our work must be raised and communicated to a Verdant Detail Co. technician before the technician leaves the service location. Once our technician has departed, the service is considered complete and accepted by the Customer.

Any subsequent review or remedy is at the sole discretion of Verdant Detail Co.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
Verdant Detail Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or communication to the Customer. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
